- 1 tsp baking soda (6g / 0.2 oz)
- 1/4 tsp salt (1.5g / 0.05 oz)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup honey (120ml / 4 fl oz)
- 1/4 cup olive oil (60ml / 2 fl oz)
- 1 tbsp orange zest (from about 1 large orange)
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice (60ml / 2 fl oz)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml / 0.17 fl oz)
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds for topping (45g / 1.6 oz)
